Was so packed, and our luggage was never loaded onto the plane! when we landed, our bags were still in Stansted.. terrible organisation and rude staff won't be using this airport again.
Quick despite queues.
Sold a ticket to Liverpool, but it doesn't go all the way and ended up in Stratford.
Needs signs to let people know that access to busses is under the set down road. Many people crossing the road only to realise that there is an underpass to bus park, especially when the train is on strike!!
I would say worst airport in UK !
