I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and shock at the horrifying incident during my recent car rental experience with Avis. I am appalled by the complete lack of consideration for safety and the distressing behaviour exhibited by your employees.

Upon returning the rental car, my family and I parked at the designated return bay and began unloading our belongings. However, what transpired next was beyond belief. An Avis employee approached us and asked if he could move the vehicle. I specifically communicated to him in English that he should not move the car because our 5-month-old baby was still inside in her car seat. Despite my clear instructions, the employee disregarded our words and recklessly jumped into the vehicle.

To our horror, the employee accelerated the car rapidly and then came to a sudden, jarring stop just 10 meters ahead. The force of this abrupt stop caused our baby to slump dangerously in her car seat. My wife panicked and understandably alarmed, immediately screamed at the employee to stop and vacate the driver's seat. Shockingly, the employee seemed completely oblivious to the presence of an infant in the car.

Even more distressing was the behaviour of the manager on duty, a certain individual named Luis. When my wife, understandably upset and shaken, attempted to explain the situation and the danger our baby had been put in, Luis reprimanded her for her tone instead of showing any concern for the safety of our child. It was only when my wife mentioned that our baby was in the car that Luis glanced inside, seemingly uninterested, and casually remarked, "She looks fine." There was not a hint of apology or genuine concern in his response—just a nonchalant dismissal of the issue.

I took it upon myself to note down the manager's name on his badge and inquire about the employee's name. Shockingly, the manager, Luis, flatly refused to provide the employee's name, asking us, "Why do you need it." This level of disregard for accountability and responsibility is unacceptable and deeply troubling.

In my 15 years of being a loyal customer of Avis, I have never encountered such a gross display of negligence and insensitivity towards the safety of an infant. The incident I've described raises serious questions about the training, supervision, and overall culture within your company.

I implore you to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. I demand a formal apology from Avis for the trauma and danger that your employees subjected my family and our baby to. Additionally, I request that you take appropriate action against the employees involved, including the manager who displayed a shocking lack of empathy.

This incident has left me deeply shaken and questioning whether Avis truly values the safety and well-being of its customers.

Oceniam jako wspólne zwroty z Budget - stąd właśnie miałam samochód. Zwrot przebiegł błyskawicznie, bezproblemowo i miło. Wszystko było jasne i klarowne. Stosowne dokumenty chwilę później przyszły na maila.
