I started coming here because Marissa (sorry if I misspelled her name) makes my visit each time great. she’s fast, and doesn’t forget anything, does a great job. she’s also super sweet and gentle. It’s always peaceful. I don’t have to do small talk if I’m tired. I stopped going to the other place next door because it’s always chaotic and it’s hit or miss as far as a good job done. I am really happy Marissa works here and will continue to go here if she’s here.

I got my lower legs and upper lip waxed by Maressa.

First of all, not the person who I booked. No idea why, but I wonder if that would have made a difference. Either way, from the minute I got there to the minute I left, I did not hear any welcoming words. I was offered water at the end.

My wax was painful. And I have a high pain tolerance. She waxed fast and quick without ANY type of pressure after each pull. I left with wax still on my upper lip. And worst of all, my legs are prickly right out of the appointment.

I am not impressed and horribly disappointed. This place is cheap, so maybe that is why. But I have never been waxed so roughly before. I will not be returning.

Been going here 2yrs. yes i’ve missed 2 appointments or / canceled same day as appointment. but i am coming 1hr away to come to this location, traffic does get bad being ive beeen a loyal customer something should give.?? i can write a bunch more!

I went here instead of my regular place because it was close to my nail shop. I thought when I left that she done a good job..But after a week I bumped up so bad and it seemed like it would never go away. I'm not sure if it the way she waxed me or it's from the wax. I have been getting Brazilian for years and this has never happened. I definitely will not go back there.

I had Macy today and she was great! Definitely made me feel more comfortable than I was walking in. It was my first Brazilian and I was so nervous being unclothed in front of someone else but she was very professional about it and understood my fears. Already booked another with her!
