I really don't have much to say about this place. I went there only once, in 2023. However, it's a nice place for shopping.
Nice aesthetic but still under construction, clean washroom too
I enjoyed this shopping center. The grocery store, Cafe, restaurants are nice. There's alot of vacant stores on the 2nd floor but other then that I received great customer service.
There's not much there besides The Palace store because it's so new. The music in the Palace was weird 80's remixes, and I didn't feel like I was in Ghana at all. It felt like a strange Palace World.
It's very neat and clean and well organized, however. Definitely seemed to be shooting for an upscale crowd.
The pastries at the coffee bar were way overpriced, but the iced coffee was good.

I recently visited Palace mall to buy a bicycle. Even though the price was a bit steep, I could see why - the product was of excellent quality and in great condition. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Palace mall for anyone looking for good quality products at reasonable prices.
This is my second time shopping. The first time all prices had price tags which made shopping easy. I visited on Wednesday to see no price tags on all items.
I asked for an explanation and the best I got was “ prices keep changing so we had to take them off”
I had an unpleasant shopping experience. I had to constantly pick a product and show to a shop attendant to go to the cashier and check the price. This was blind shopping
I got annoyed and left to a different store. And also there is a GRA officer at the entrance to check and record all purchases
So do not dispose the receipt after paying immediately
