I qualify for a study and when I was calling the number for the study nobody answer the phones. Eventually got a text hours later being told that the position for the study was full. Very unprofessional.
Excellent facility, professional staff and efficient service. I'd highly recommend for F2F research.
Came here for a focus study. It was such an awesome experience, the pay was well worth it, and I received my pay digitally within a few days. I highly recommend applying for focus studies with them!
The place is amazing and clean. The staff are polite and so easy to work with. If you need market research done check them out!
Easy to find, nice staff in the building lobby, reception desk people are OK. Clean facility including toilets, comfortable seats, good choice of complimentary beverages. Been here twice, first time was offered delicious sandwiches, salad, drinks and cookies. Second time wasn't offered anything. Bit strange but other than that, very happy.
They have a good selection of sandwiches & snacks for you while you do the study. Years ago you used to get paid in cash but now it is a pre-paid card. 😡

I have done plenty or groups with them. Of course they do the evaluation about 3 times. If you've ever done research groups with other companies, they have to confirm your answers 2-3 times to make sure you are a good fit for the study. Can't complain.
