The place is clean, with good illumination and well organised. Like every Santa María, they have some foods on sale according to the day of the week: Monday is dairy products, Tuesday is fruits and vegetables (but don't expect much variety, you're better off getting your veggies at the closest public market), etc.
My only problem with this shop is that half the stuff doesn't have clearly labelled prices, no idea why.
