Very professional and efficient. They helped me in attending a scientific meeting and make my presentation. Visa process took 2 days. Can’t be better!

My husband as Eu family member have right by EU rules get quickly visa after providing all documemts to any EU countrie, but even after all documents provided by him and proof that he already get before visa to other EU countries whithout any bad intentions he is now treated like illegal immigrant ( more worse as they even get free hotels when we pay taxes). We try to contact embassy but they don't answer us and we need immediately passport of my husband back but they decide to hold it whithout any update. How they want us we book ticket and lose money if they take time to answer or even follow EU rules? Other embassy take 3 days to give visa. EU parliament blame Poland for not taking illegal immigrants but my question is how legal immigrants are treated in Belgium if taking visa after providing all required documents take ages or applicants are forced to cancel them application due time and holding them documents. This have to go to court bc clearly EU family members who legally try to travel are being treated equal or even worse with those who cross the border illegally.

Don't get the negatives. Staff were excellent to me. I even forgot to postage label for returning my passport but they kindly provided me with one. Smiling, friendly, helpful and polite.

Appalling service, impossible to contact via telephone or website. Staff unhelpful if you manage to speak to anyone. Hopefully, visitors now have access to a toilet whilst you are onsite. Staff directed us to public toilets on our last necessary visit.

Very bad experience today with the person who took my call. Have an urgent trip coming up this week and lost my travel document. The person says well you'll have to apply for a new one. I said I did but earliest date was July and person was like, ok, what do you want me to do about it?! Zero empathy, poor service skills!

Very helpful embassy. I had to renew my expired passport due to an emergency. It was fully booked online and contacted them via email, they straight away replied same day or next day can't remember now. Gave me an appointment within 1 week and my passport was ready in about 10 days. They are very efficient, professional and helpful.

It's only a 5min walk from Hyde Park corner tube station. There's a Pret a manger outlet a 5min walk as well
