Copenhagen Luggage and Mikkel saved me! I had an issue with the wheels on my luggage while traveling that was essentially making my suitcase unusable. The suitcase itself should last for many years to come so I didn’t want to give up on it. After contacting the manufacturer and being told that I would have to ship my luggage to Germany for repair, I found this store and hoped they could help. I broke a wheel on an old Samsonite suitcase. I tried to get it fixed at the Samsonite store, but it was riveted and they said it couldn’t be fixed. They were not helpful at all.
Mikkel (sp?) at the Copenhagen Luggage store confirmed the problem. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about different brands and types of suitcases, as well as the pros and cons of each. I bought a good one and have traveled with it for a month.
