We do not have a Janine Butler as a member with Crescent Water in Joyce. Perhaps this person is referring to a different Crescent Water. There are a number of them. There are also a number of people who don't have pressure reducing valves on their service lines. That would prevent over-pressuring their lines and water hammer issues. Hopefully you are happy wherever you are, Janine.

Crescent water did not locate the water properly and I blew a water line they turned off the water tried to fix it when they tried to fix it they turned on the water too fast and thy blow pipes through my house . They told me it was my fault and would not help me called me names Crescent water is a very very bad business .
