Total zero aviation services, always late,they are so old, mirror the society in this country, they will give your ticket to business class, even when there is a free sit and you rebook your flight after they cancelled after 30h of travel they will give your sit to business class members. Leaving you on ice. Even in intercontinental, in Jambo the video doesn't work. Apparently they forgot the 🎧 for everyone, but it would not be needed as it doesn't work is so old so useless. They want to quiet you with the 10e voucher. The worst thing, a national service that doesn't do intercontinentals from the capital of it's country, not a pity, a national shame. No surprise Poland wants to build a real hub, let's hope for the best for them .

The worst airline in Europe. I booked round-trip tickets twice in the last two years, and both times one of the flights was canceled. 😡 Once, I asked for a refund immediately because they didn’t provide any alternatives for my Wroclaw (Poland) - Milan (Italy) flight with a change. The second time, they automatically rebooked my flight for the next day, so I had to cancel all my work meetings. They only informed me about the possibility of hotel compensation after I asked them. The service is very poor, and this airline doesn’t respect their clients or their time. I highly recommend avoiding this airline!

LH2 to Hamburg cancelled due to tech difficulty. No backup airplanes at your home port?! Seriously?

I fly very often on different routes in Europe and beyond its border. However, Lufthansa is the worst one of this kind. In round trip they delayed my luggage TWICE by two days. In a week-long ski trip it is a huge amount of time… when i rise an issue for compensation due to unused ski pass by 2 days, they told me that i dont have recipe for two days only and i cannot ask them for refund of lost days… i will never fly more by lufthansa…

Hai Everyone,
Today the 10.20 am flight time the date of 10/01/2024 Lufthansa flight number LH758 code share AI8758 was change gate number 26 yo Gate number B - 58 code share SK 3392 timing also change it 11 am.
We all are the passengers came the gate 58 and waiting fot the boarding., but unfortunately Lufthansa flight staff boarding assist staff announced all passengers to go out and come back the boarding.
Without arrangement they're unnecessary waste of all passengers time and also 40 mins time delay the flight .
The Lufthansa flight boarding staff answers are very rude and they're not properly answers to passengers.
Gate number change purpose they are send out all passengers out and Again they're check in document verification second time.
They're not properly arrange the boarding this flight LH 758 and this crew.
Next time i will change the flight of this Lufthansa company. Worst experience today 10/01/2024 all the passengers.

48-hour delay San Jose - Frankfurt - Amsterdam. The worst airline ever . Never fly with Lufthansa .
On one journey our flight was delayed twice for 48 hours (SJO-FRA and FRA-AMS).
The first delay was overnight , after changing departure time for several times we were told to take our luggage back and pass the immigration to re-enter the country , there was nobody to help us with our 6 luggage and there was no trolley after the immigration.
It was already 4am when we arrived at the hotel . Before leaving the airport they served chips cola , ginger ale and bread which they don't even have enough for everybody .
We could finally leave the country the next day after an overnight delay and once we arrived in Germany our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled after another delay again . Our feet were completely swollen from not getting enough sleep and too much sitting . Such an airline should be completely shut down .

My flight from Frankfurt to Copenhagen LH832 on the 16 August was first delayed by 2 hours due to thunderstorms.
The Airport was opened again around 2300 however delays continued due to a problem with the availability of busses to take passengers to the airplane.
Lufthansa continued to delay the flight and subsequently cancelled it around 12:00 due to the flight curfew in Frankfurt airport.
All passengers were told to go to Lufthansa help desk to get help with food and accommodation.
The queue was approximately 200-300 meters long and at 01:00 all Lufthansa staff walked off their jobs leaving many passengers stranded with no hotel voucher, no offer of food or even water!
No help was provided by anyone at the airport or Lufthansa.
I tried to claim my hotel stay, taxi to and from the hotel and some clothing items as I had to spend the night in Frankfurt at my own expense, this claim was denied by Lufthansa citing thunderstorms.
However the delay was not only due to thunderstorms but also lack of busses and Lufthansa has failed in their duty of care to passengers by not providing basic things like hotel or food vouchers or even water.
