Restaurant Karabak

The service here is good and the staff is kind but the food i don’t recommend at all the hummus was not tasty at all, but the shish tauook was good though .

Perfect Turkish taste, I like it. Reasonable prices.
However, the dishes are small and not enough, most of us repeat orders.

The waiterress "Toma" was so nice she recommended the mix grill it was a nice meal. We also ordered Iskandar doner, which was very good. However, the pizza was a disappointment. Overall, the experience was excellent.

The restaurant was out of most of the items on the menu. The food we ordered just ok. I was over charged on my bill. All that is all understandable. No worries not a big deal, people make mistakes…. What is not ok is when I showed the waitress that she charged me for two plates instead of one. She got mad at ME and gave me a nasty attitude. She balled up my old receipt and threw it in the corner of her work station. She returned to my table and dropped off my change without saying a word and walked away. No “bye”, “thank you”, “I fixed it”, “see you later”, nothing. Customers can overlook certain issues but it is not proper business etiquette to treat a customer bad because you make a mistake. I will not return here, nothing about the experience made me desire to. I have eaten Turkish next door at Baraka and had a much better experience Istanbul Restaurant also! I have reviewed and posted photos of both those restaurants as well.

I wish if I could give Karabak a 10 stars! The experience was amazing! Great service from A to Z! Food is made with love! They serve with smile! I hope they make kunafe next time I visit Batumi! Thanks

Turkish restaurant with Halal food. Staffs are also nice. Nice & clean place to have food specially if you are a Muslim starving for some Halal food after traveling. I tried their Kabab... It was really tasty.
