Banff Airporter

We are so grateful to have Banff Airporter. Our flight got delayed and we called to rescheduled a shuttle. They rescheduled us quickly at no cost. The shuttle was nice and clean, and the driver was friendly. Great service indeed!

My shuttle from the airport to Canmore, then back went smooth. Drivers, as well as staff at the Calgary airport desk were very kind and helpful!

Saved our trip! After being denied a pre-booked rental we were stranded at the Calgary airport. I found out about Airporter and booked as quick as I could online. Once I found the physical desk the attendant was a breath of fresh air, he even moved our booking up to the next available shuttle (which wasn't an option online at the time due to being so close)
They tagged our bags, gave us plenty of warning when we would be leaving, the driver was polite and professional. Drove safely and dropped us off in Canmore. Looking forward to our ride back to the airport 😊

The shuttle was clean and comfortable with an outlet at the seat (not sure if they’re at every seat but I had one) and climate control above each seat like on an airplane. The driver was kind, loaded our bags for us, and drove safely. When I had a question, Customer Service responded promptly and was helpful. Would recommend!

Conveniently located, easy to book, and on my last trip into Calgary the driver went out of his way to make sure my colleague and I made our scheduled bus. Fully recommend!

Both drivers were very safe on the road. On the way to Banff and back. Pick up was on time. The van is comfortable. Highly recommend if you don't want to rent a car and get to Banff safely.

We needed a transfer from Banff to Calgary for 4 people plus luggage at the end of our recent holiday in Canada.
After some online research, we chose Banff Airporter and (with some trepidation) pre-booked and paid 2 weeks before we travelled.
On the day of travel, James, our driver, arrived 10 minutes early and got us loaded and settled in a comfortable minibus. After a very pleasant, smooth and stress-free journey, we arrived at the correct departure area ahead of schedule.
We definitely recommend Banff Airporter.

Used the transport service for the first time going from Calgary airport to Banff.

I had booked and pre-paid online, on their website. Easy and correct.

Arrived on time and located the front desk "in the left wing" of the arrival hall.

Really helpful at the desk, and they "checked in" my luggage immediately. The bus was on time. The driver was very professional, describedthe journey and eta. The mini-bus felt new and was very comfortable.

The bus stopped right outside of my hotel in Banff, the Ptarmigan.

The ticket price is ok. Its convenient and especially when you fly in from Europe you just want to get as quickly as possible to the hotel.
