Finally! A Panera that just puts the cups out for us Sip Club members! It's wonderful! At some locations, I usually have to wait in line to ask for a cup, despite having already sent in a rapid pickup order. Very annoying during peak times like lunch.
We went for a fundraiser, but turns out, the fundraiser was for online orders. We had soup, salad and bread. The squash soup and broccoli soups were good! Saved the salad for later.
though the staff is always very friendly and welcoming, the last 3 visits have seen a rapid decline in service quality. each order has required gradually more substitutions as they never seem to have any bread and sometimes require an outright totally different item due to lack of ingredients. the most recent visit required not only bread substitutions, but the orders themselves were all wildly incorrect and had sides missing. i had to return to the counter to get a drink that they didn't add to the order, and almost every one of the charged lemonade and tea containers were completely empty.
i always like to give a place multiple chances, as there's always an off day for even the most well-run establishment! sadly, it seems like this place just doesn't have it all together, but i hope they can turn things around

This Panera has 2 parking spots with a sign saying designated drive through, However I was TRAPPED in the drive through for 20m because of the cement blocks, the cars food in front wasn't ready, mine was because I had done ahead mobile order. I don't know why they didn't have them park. I was there literally 20m because we have the time we pulled up. Finally the guy got his food and I'm told they didn't have my tomato soup, why didn't you tell me that when I checked in?? I had to pick another soup which wasn't that good and didn't go with my burnt and stale grilled cheese. The other item in my order was also missing all cheese and croutons.
They lie here. Drive-through "your order will right up" (Lie) 7:42am. One breakfast sandwich. 8:05am. I had to leave. I finally got it the next day when the mgr made it right.
The first day inside the screen said "ready for pickup" but I couldn't find it. The gal said, "she is bagging it up". Lie. It hadn't been even started yet. Two days two lies. The food is good but it isn't that good. Tell the truth! Panera has slow employees and it will be 20 to 30 minutes for a single breakfast sandwich!

This is the first time I’ve gotten a ciabatta loaf that was lumpy, floury, and super thin. So disappointing given the price. Needed this to make sandwiches.
I go here a lot to write, and have stayed 30 min-7 hours in the store. I feel comfortable enough to leave my things on the table to run to the bathroom real quick, and the restaurant always stays clean. The phone is delicious and you don't wait too long. Only thing is sometimes the buzzer you get doesn't work, or isn't "set off" and your food is waiting on the counter for a little while. I have my headphones in so I don't often hear them.
