Nice neighborhood park. Busy. Well maintained equipment. Safe rubberized surface under climbing equipment. Adults usually accompany and supervise their children.

Tenleytown has a nice local playground with a spinner and a really cute slide for 6-23 mos old kids. The park has a lot of imagination play features (little tables and clubhouse things) but not a lot of verticality to this playground (slides or climbs) which may not appeal to older kids (7+)

The garden of flowers and plants was an eye-opener, and I set it aside from other children's parks in this area. It seems my grandchildren prefer the park to many others that they frequented in their infancy and childhood. They know and learned a lot about plants and flowers, and my four-year-old granddaughter even explained pollination by bees and butterflies....

Great playground. Equipment seems fairly new. Lots for kids to do and there is also a dog park. Seems geared toward younger children. Maybe 6 and under. Perfect for my 2 and 3 year old because I don’t have to worry about them getting hurt.

An excellent playground near the Giant supermarket on Wisconsin. There is usually street parking available but you can park in the Giant's parking lot too, it's a short walk. No restrooms, there are small private gardening lots adjacent but they don't seem to have any restrooms either. Giant has restrooms, if the kids can hold it that long.

Good nature-themed playground with lots of shade. There are a couple picnic tables as well as benches sprinkled around the playground. Street parking is not a problem. One downside: no bathrooms.
