What a fascinating place!! We had a chance to speak to the owner and they took us on a delightful tour of the location. Really interesting art pieces, they were celebrating Moddities (Mod oddities). Please check out this delightful hidden gem, you won't be disappointed!!
MM-O-DD is a beautiful jewel for everyone too see and experience! I first came to the museum for the 'Voices & Choices Soiree, Honoring Black Design + Art' exhibit. The collaboration of art and designs were vividly displayed! I enjoyed it so much, I came back to see it again! This place is so needed and so necessary to show students of all ages the various career paths in the Design Industry. I'm looking forward to experiencing

Great museum, great experience all the way around. I really appreciate the mission and purpose of bringing design to audience that typically hasn’t experienced design.
MM-O-DD is one-of-a-kind! Being the ONLY design museum in the UNESCO City of Design, the people/design/art represented is top tier. From being an intern to now an active part of the social council and in the inner-circle, I have been exposed to immense talent, dedicated individuals, and grown as a professional. I would not be where I am today without my involvement in this fantastic organization.
MM-O-DD is a must see for residents and visitors to Detroit, America's first UNESCO designated City of Design. Leslie Ann Pilling puts together remarkable presentations that are visually exciting and tremendously educational for those interested in the many ways that design touches our lives.
