Great place to roam around, explore, get some snacks and do some shopping. Super clean and great ac to get away from the humidity for a bit
MOKO Shopping Mall in Hong Kong is an exceptional shopping destination. Its prime location makes it easily accessible and perfect for a day of retail therapy. The service throughout the mall is outstanding, with staff members who are helpful and attentive. The variety and quality of stores are impressive, catering to all shopping needs and preferences. MOKO provides a world-class shopping experience with its superb combination of location, service, and store selection.
The biggest mall in Hong Kong. They have Toys R Us, lots of food choices. Right above the Mongkok East MTR Station. Great place to shop & eat. 😀👍👍👍👍👍
Its a nice place, way better than before, but the problem is that the escalators are very confusing.
To make matters worst, the management staff barricades customers inside so that they can do cleaning early. If you show up at 9:30pm to 10pm there are loads of barricades without signages, so you have to figure out how to get down from the upper floors. This is so dangerous for fire escapes and accidents. It took me 15 minutes to leave the mall last time because my family and I had to divert and divert all the passage ways to being able to reach the ground floor. I certainly hope the mall knows what they are doing as this is rediculously dangerous to the health and safety of people.
The other thing is the washrooms. Can you imagine they lock this after 9:30pm? Amazing. They would start from the top and work downwards while locking the washrooms after cleaning. So customers who have just finished their meals are not able to use their facilities and are forced to leave after a meal in their mall.
Never seen anything like this in the world……Even the worst malls in the world does cleaning overnight. This is just rediculous, and causes danger and inconveniences for people.

Upon visiting the mall, I have to say that I was impressed with its modern and spacious appearance. The mall looks very clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, one thing that stood out to me was the sheer size of the mall. It can be quite difficult to navigate around the different sections, and it almost feels like a maze at times.
On the positive side, the mall has a wide variety of shops and eateries to choose from, which is great for shoppers looking for a range of options. Additionally, the mall has plenty of seating areas and restrooms, which is a nice touch for those who need to take a break or freshen up.
Despite the mall's size and maze-like layout, I found that the signage and maps are helpful and easy to follow, which can make navigating the mall a bit easier. The lifts and elevators are super big, giving a lot of room to many shoppers.
I loved all the restaurant and cafe options that they had; asian food, chinese food, western food, confectionery shops and cafes/delis. They also have a food court which is a amazing option to choose when you want to eat a variety of cuisines.
The mall is also in a very convenient area. Parking is easy and straightforward, and there are many restaurants and shops outside of the plaza.

This is a busy shopping mall, because it's at the exit of East Rail line Mongkok East station. There are so many restaurants and shops, a big food court. The special Christmas decoration is very beautiful , people have to line up to take photos. Hope I can see Chinese New Year decoration very soon.
