Waterfront Wheel

Went with 2 family members and the man who couldn’t speak any English denied us access, from what I understood we were one dollar short, so we went back to the kiosk to add another dollar, went back in the line and upon check in the man denied us access again stating that we only have ticket for one person. So he charged us the first time we tried to get in even though he denied us the ride because we were one dollar short. Another man came to try and help, and they both ended up giving us so much attitude. Like how is it my fault that the man operating the wheel doesn’t speak any English whatsoever and apparently has very bad memory.Very disappointed

Went to pay for my card and the man operating the Ferris wheel could barely speak any English but somehow managed to be able to communicate an attitude. I will absolutely not be back. He was not friendly at all and spoke very low to the point my husband had to repeatedly ask him what he was saying.

Went to the unmanned kiosk because I’ve always wanted to get on this ferris wheel. There was clearly an option for single rider that costed $8. I went up to the wheel with my card and the man operating it who couldn’t speak any english showed me a sign that said “no single riders”. Even though there was a language barrier, I tried explaining to him that the kiosk to pay to get on the wheel had an option for single rider, but he just kept saying no and blew me off. I tried to see if I could get a refund, and nope. Spent $8 for nothing! Why would there be a single rider option if single riders aren’t allowed on the ride? I got ripped off and there’s nothing I could do about it.

These are roving carnival style ferris wheel and merry-go-round. The kids love them, but they are very expensive.

Went in middle of day. No lines. $7 per person. $28 for 2 adults and 2 kids. 3 MINUTE RIDE. while the view is nice, we barely had time to even see since it was over so fast.

They let this thing go way too fast!!!! Slow down so people can enjoy the view and/or take pictures. In a half hr two couples got on and just looked baffled. Nobody else on the ride. I wonder why they couldn’t stop the ride while they were up top and take some pics

I don't do any kind of rides but this the only one I will go on. It Such a fun little ride and such a great view we ride every time we come here. Great experience for the family ( those who aren't scared lol)
