Di sosta lungo un viaggio ci siamo imbattuti in questo posto cercando su maps. Il ristorante è davvero “nascosto” ed è un peccato perché dentro è molto carino e curato. Inizio con l’unica nota negativa: il prezzo; reputo che alcuni dei prezzi, soprattutto del vino, siano un po’ eccessivi, o comunque con quantità inferiori rispetto al prezzo nonostante la qualità e ci tengo a sottolinearlo. Frittatina di pasta davvero gustosa con sentore di limone ed accompagnata da una maionese evitabile (poiché già cremosa la frittatina), bocconcini di bufala saporiti ed ottimo prosciutto crudo. Ho preso un salmone grigliato, in questo caso mi è sembrato quasi fritto a primo acchito per la crosticina ed un po’ unto ma davvero molto gustoso ed accompagnato da verdure in tempura cotte alla perfezione. Non metto in dubbio dunque la cucina, ma rivedere i prezzi perché solo eccessivi. Servizio preciso e professionale.

The food itself is good but the waiter did not help us understand the menu and how to order properly as intended by the restaurant. At lunch time you need to order pasta. Pizza is only available for dinner. If you do it differently you will most likely end up with unsatisfying side dishes. We ended up with an expensive plate of fried seafood without mayo or so. It would have been a good experience if we had a little guidance.

What can I say, this was a jewel of a restaurant. We had the pleasure of eating here during our trip to Italy from Montreal and would highly recommend it.
Best Prosciutto ever!! Local Buffalo mozzarella that was tasty and delicious. Veal with mushrooms was tender and savoury. Truffle pasta perfectly al denté.
Paolo and his crew were amazing.
Would definitely come back when we’re next in the region.

Very good service by pizza chef himself. It was only a drive through the town dinner but we will return should we ever come this way again.
