The Market Line

Such a wonderful collection of restaurants and food choices. I'm so upset they're closing in April.

I used to go to cafe grumpy at this location but they closed down. I came here on Saturday and this area was almost dead. A lot of the shops are gone.

Love this place doesn't have the home feeling as before but great variety. You can have drinks downstairs or beers upstairs and also get food fron vendors delivered to you!

Store after a wonderful store has joined my neighborhood in the form of the heavily touristed market line. For all of you coming to my neighborhood. Enjoy this place. It has much history.@ for the managers, directors and executives of the market line. You have so much real estate both inside and outside on the sidewalk. more than anyone else I’ve ever seen in Manhattan. you guys have massive sidewalks for god sake’s put in bike parking somewhere! somewhere! there’s not a single bike parking spot that your people have!!! what’s up with that???. I was forced to park my bike in back by the loading dock and take note the entrance to the market back there takes you to the basement, not the ground floor so if the shop that you want to get to is on the ground floor , you have to do a lot of walking. put some bike parking spots in!!!!!

On the inside it looks really nice there's a lot of different vendors and if you like pork , beef , sweets then this is a place for you , you have a wide range of stuff lots of walking around and seeing stuff and they have two floors so you have a lot to do there was an Albanian lady I talked to one of the janitors and she was cool , but expect this place to be kind of pricey but other than that it's ok .

The Market Line is an underground hub for prepared and grocery goods and great restaurants in the Lower East Side. It’s located within the Essex Market at 115 Delaney Street, New York, NY 10002. They’re open everyday as of 10:00 am and close Sunday thru Wednesday at 12:00 am; and Thursday thru Saturday at 2:00 am.
