Good playground for kids.
Cool quiet park to have a picnic. Nothing fancy, just walking distance from home.

Great little neighborhood park. Enough for a small group of kids to play American football while others walk around.
Can quickly get a little crowded on the grassy area- especially when dogs are present.
Playground is great.
Suggestion: replace the wood chips w/ rubber flooring.
