Top quality adventure company!! Very impressed. I did a bucket list trip to Nepal with my father and it was fun, adventurous, scenic, and comfortable. The guides were very professional and made the experience that much better. I would definitely ride with them again.

Been home one week now from a fantastic trip with Sacred Rides. This time it was the Wilderness and Waterfalls (women's only) trip in Quebec. Well organized with wonderful guides and great accommodation. Our lead guide Marc was able to accommodate all riding levels so there were challenges for both intermediate and more experienced riders. I also tried stand up paddle boarding for the first time and loved it. Cheers to everyone involved in organizing the trip, all of the guides and the great ladies I met.

I had a fantastic experience with Sacred Rides in Nevada and Utah! The trip was well-organized yet flexible enough to accommodate the wishes of our (small) group. The food...I can't say enough about the food. Every restaurant was different and fabulous. We had snacks with us everywhere we went - nuts, fruit, cookies, cheese and crackers, all of the options we could ever want. Britta, our guide, was fun and an excellent coach. I learned so much and felt like I progressed in my riding. Highly recommend!

Precursor: The following review was written and revised over a couple of days... Sacred Rides did try very hard to make my situation right. After the benefit of time, I realize that everyone has an "off" day, and they did everything in their power to make it right.
The guides did try very hard, but I will say the trip was a disappointment on more than a few fronts. I would not recommend riding the "Magnificent Mesas" trip if you are above a high middle level mountain biker. The meals were also pretty badly oversold. The breakfasts were very light continental type served by the hotel, and the lunches were mostly the "pack your own sandwich" variety. The one included dinner was 2.5 medium take out pizzas and salad split between 6 people. Lastly, I was charged more than what I was told by the company operator, and then told "Oops, I made a math mistake." No correction was offered. I'm sure after reading other reviews that the more exotic locations they do this would be of much greater value, and if I was wanting to go to one of those locations I think they would offer a better value proposition. For Saint George, Utah... not so much.
As a followup, I am revising this review because the owner reached out to me by phone, and it was clear that they take these types of concerns seriously. I did not personally take him up on his offers, because that is not why I wrote the review. I will, however, say that the way he handled the situation was stellar, and makes up for a lot of the way I had been feeling about the experience. Thanks Nate.
Revision 2: Nate sent me an email reminding me that "if there’s any chance you would consider joining us on another sacred ride, we would be happy to offer you a credit for the full amount of your Magnificent Mesas trip (essentially a $2500 credit)." I don't think I will take him up on it, but it does speak volumes to how seriously they take criticism.
I may not have had a fantastic, off the charts, amazing time... but it's pretty clear to me that they really strive for this. I can't quite give them 5 stars for my experience, but I sure have to give them that for trying to make it such. Keep up the good work, I'm sure I'm an outlier.

Every single time I take a Sacred Rides trip it has been wonderful: well organized, great value, always professional guides and great people.

Patagonia Pedal and Paddle. Spoiler Alerts!
You would think that after 20+ years of mountain biking and multiple trips with Sacred Rides and others that the author would know what to expect from a Mountain Bike Adventure. Nope, I planned this trip 2 years ago with my partner and just put the entire thing on the mental back burner. [That’s "man speak" for I didn’t plan ahead or read the materials again.] My idea…hey, every other Sacred Rides adventure was great, just go for the “Kinder Surprise” approach. Open it and play with it!!
Spoiler Alert 1 - Riding. This trip was exceptionally fun because we were treated to riding challenges each day. Sure, we went to mountain bike but this trip offered so much more than just a great set of rides. The trail riding was not uber technical but it was challenging in terms of elevation gain and terrain. The scenery on each day of riding was varied and kept you wanting more, even when you were tired. Yes, even the day that we spent busting our hump trail building, had us tired before we started to hike and climb….but you would have signed up to do the same again the next day.
Spoiler Alert 2 - Mixing it up makes for adventure. The plan for the week was generally unveiled at the beginning of the week. However, in the excitement you really don’t process and appreciate the logistics required to have a mountain bike jaunt combined with a rafting experience. Julian, our host, is an accomplished rider and rafter. His euphoric appreciation for Patagonia, guiding, riding and rafting made every inch of ground covered a treat. On that note, Gents, if you want to keep on doing MTB travel adventures, bring your partner on these “mix it up” trips.
Spoiler Alert 3 – What’s rafting doing on a MTB trip? Ok, I was sceptical. I came to ride. Why float down a river? Over three days of rafting, Julian turns four die hard cyclists into passionate rafters with huge S.E. Grins on our faces. The rafting jaunts were increasingly challenging and timed to ensure that the trip ended with a real bang.
Spoiler alert 4 – Cozy hotel. Bed and Breakfast. NOT. Ha Ha Ha. This was the biggest surprise of the week. The drive to this hotel takes 20 minutes each way. It’s a bumpy, dusty descent/climb. Well, when you get there you realize it keeps this lodge very special. The rooms and the lodge's construction are relaxing from the first moment of your arrival. Every breakfast surpasses what you would get at the Sheraton executive floor. Dinner made with such care and attention to detail and exceptional tastes that you would think they are throwing the room/accommodation in for free. OK, the views and the hot-tub were right out of your finest hot springs jaunts in the Cascade mountains. Bring your appetite to Argentina. Did I mention, the Asado BBQ by the beach?
Spoiler Alert 5 – Argentina is NOT Peru. Whereas the Peru trip is steeped in daily visits to small villages, the Argentinian topography and demographics make this ride a little less connected with the natives. Argentinian culture and history bares some preparatory reading and appreciation. The SR trip is designed to expose you to some of the food, cultural and historical perspectives but the cozy accommodation creates some separation. Take some time beforehand to read up on the history and visit Buenos Aires. You might want to extend to Mendoza or to Iguacu Falls. Please don’t just do the trip…unless you are just there for a week of fun—stay longer-- Soak up 5 more Malbecs and another Asado.
Hey, while you are here and thinking about when and how you might partake of this adventure buffet, I should stress that any and all of our pre-trip concerns and organizational itches were vigorously scratched by the Sacred Rides team.

A Sacred Ride can't be experienced or expressed in words on some Google review.
I've been to a few clinics around Ontario, and decided to go all out and join their BC Single Track trip last year. Man, what a liberating experience!
Awesome guides, awesome rides that the average person would never find. A truly once in a life time experience.
Simple. If you want a ride you'll never forget, pick the one on their website you think fits for you and just do it!
I promise you it won't be your last with Sacred Rides.
