During my time at Easy La Florida, I also had the opportunity to train new employees, guiding them in sales and customer service procedures, which allowed me to develop leadership and teamwork skills. All the stuff I was looking for I couldn't find. I had manny questions but there was no one to answer and when I finally found a worker, he had no idea.
