Excellent Society with all amenities. Water, electricity, lift everything available 24*7.. locality is the best ... gated community with security ... very good neighbourhood and nearby market place..
Worst society, water issue alot suffered since Jan 2024 and stilo not resolved, finally left the flat.. and owner also very bad.. telling we are not municipal people u r telling us bad water prb.. only flat looks good rest everything useless.. lift always not working, always get stucks, people throws shoes and everything on ground floor.. of each other.. water is so so so bad.. totally health issues and hair fall. Flush water so dirty bad smell. My patience ended and finally left the society after 6 months all prbs

Worst experience from booking to get possession to every after sale process. Sales team is very bad not at all professionals, don’t have manners to even talk, and they are lairs. What to say about built quality, it’s not even a year we are staying here and flat is leaking, taps are broken, doors are broken, light fitting is loose, flush are not working properly. I would not recommend GK builders to be specific arise and arcon. Don’t waste your hard earn money to purchase your dream home.
Best project. Flats are really good. As per price flat area is also good. Proper ventilation maintained. Parking and children play area provided.

One of the best projects in Punawale. Good amenities planned and I am sure will be actually given looking at the other projects completed by GK Associates. Construction is going on in full swing with good quality and as per timeline given. Floor plan is best with zero wastage. Independent entry to all 2BHK flats and spacious Hall and Master Bedroom are main USP. I have booked flat here.
