The Westside Church

I have been a member of The Westside Church a little over a year and I must say joining this church has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The connections that I’ve made have been very fulfilling to my spirit. I love the diversity and family oriented atmosphere that this church represents. The leaders are very thorough in their teachings and the midweek studies and Bible talk studies keep me encouraged to continue following Christ.

My husband and I have enjoyed the family ministry of The Westside Church since 2005 and raised our sons here. We value the authenticity and practical life lessons both from the pulpit and in our small groups. I really appreciate how the church is like an extended family of people from all ways of life.

I've really enjoyed attending this church. It has such a family atmosphere to it and you feel welcome where everyone smiles even thru masks. Its obvious that everyone enjoys coming to this church where it seems everybody knows each other young to older. There are a lot of younger members, from teens to college age and graduates as well.
The singers sound great and the band is really terrific. The sermon was by Kene who had a great message about sharing the gifts that God gave us. Their website has a lot of useful information and you can rewatch past sermons, This is a really terrific church worth checking out!

The Westside Church has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Particularly the college ministry at Pepperdine (Malibu) & UCLA (Westwood) has been so welcoming and real. Also, the young professional ministry was a great time for me to transition from being a college student, to being a young working adult. Overall, the people here are amazing and want to live out discipleship the way Jesus calls every believer to. They acknowledge that they are not perfect, and are humble to correction. I'm so glad to call The Westside Church my home.

I love the Westside Church! The members of the church are like family to each other. We build deep friendships and meet together to help each other spiritually as well as have fun times together. The preaching on Sundays is from God's word and is inspiring and helpful. The leadership of the church is humble and relational. We strive to reach out and help those in our community. I highly recommend the Westside Church for anyone who is looking for a church family on the west side of Los Angeles.
