Mandir is nice but the couple claiming to be the owner of the Mandir are very arrogant and abusive… The lady working in the kitchen continuously shouts at devotees asking them to follow her said norms to do the pooja or else leave the premises… it was a very harassing and negative experience created by them as they claim that the Mandir is their private Property started by their parents and hence everything including the puja should be performed as per their ways only… The abuses and Harassments done by them disturbs the sanctity of the holy place and creates lot of Negativity for people who come to worship there… please travel few kms to have the divine experience and have the peace during the puja

Although the temple is very nice, but I dont understand the idea of putting ambedkar's photo among the photos of various deities and god realised saints. It should be removed from the temple.

Nice Hindu Temple in Mississauga. It was closed at afternoons. Nice car parking lots available.

What a beautiful experience it was to be here in this Mandir on Aashadhi Ekadashi. Its very well maintained and management is really awesome. Its feels peaceful to be here and you feels like we are in India. Just a homely feeling. Its a bit inside for people travelling via public transport but yes Google navigates you correctly and hardly 600 meters from near by bus stop.

We visited Shri Vitthal Hindu Mandir on Ashadi Ekadashi.I was happy to see the crowd of Marathi people coming from different cities just to have a darshan. The place is holy. They have idols of many gods over here. They have many pictures of all gods from all religions. The place was maintained beautifully. As people do fasting on Ashadi Ekadashi, the temple provided sabudana khichadi, milk, barfi and sonpapdi as Prasad to the devotees. Overall it was a great experience visiting here.

First of all finding Vitthal Mandir in Canada is a blessing in itself. Very very peaceful place for a visit. It is a small temple but you will be able to find almost everything here.
This is going to be a place for my regular visits. Added some videos for information.

How did Krishna become Vitthala?
Vitthala Mauli, also known as Panduranga, is a deity regarded to be a manifestation of Bhagwan Vishnu. He is predominantly revered in Maharashtra, particularly in the localities of Pandharpur and Solapur.
Bhagwan Vitthala Mauli is frequently shown as a dark-skinned woman with a beaming countenance who is decked out in jewels, a crown, and a tulsi-leaf garland He is frequently shown standing on a brick, his hands resting on his waist. His wife, Rukmini, is seen with him.
The Vitthala Rukmini Temple, a temple honoring prabhu in Pandharpur, Maharashtra, is a significant destination for pilgrims. Particularly during the yearly festival known as Ashadi Ekadashi, which is celebrated with great fervor, the temple draws a sizable number of people.
What is the legend of Vitthala Mauli?
The folklore of Hinduism is the foundation of the Vitthala Mauli narrative. The narrative most often connected with Vitthala Mauli centers on his follower Pundalik.
Legend has it that Pundalik was a loyal and religious Brahmin who resided with his elderly parents close to the holy town of Pandharpur. Pundalik was so devoted to his parents that he would frequently put his own needs aside to serve them day and night.
By noticing pundalika’s devotion to his parents, Shri Krishna was highly impressed and couldn’t resist Himself from meeting Pundalik. Lord Shri Krishna appeared in Pundalik’s house, but Pundalik’s didn’t pay heed to Shri Krishna because he was busy serving his parents who were ill due to their old age.
Pundalik just threw a brick lying nearby towards Shri Krishna for sitting or standing as a formality and asked him to wait there till he got free. When Prabhu reveled himself, Pundalik was overwhelmed with regret at having lost the chance to serve the prabhu.
He requested him to stay on Earth and bless any future devotees who came to see him in exchange for their pardon. Shri Krishna is believed to be standing as Vittala there for as many as 28 Yuga (eras) just for His true devotees.
