Staff is extremely nice and professional, especially Jo-Ann. I'm going there for laser lipo and cavitation, and she explained to me every step of the process in details.

I did my bridal skin prep at Changes Clinic with Edita. We spent 6 months doing a mixture of Hydrafacial & Alumier Peel. 100% recommend, Edita was great from my first appointment till my last appointment 2 days ago. I'm getting married in 5 days and is definitely feeling a lot more confident and comfortable in my skin than before. Edita has prepped my skin so well, that I'm not worried at all about the makeup application too!

The entire staff has been so nice every time I go in for my appointments - Adrian, the owner has been great too, very very welcoming! I will definitely still be a regular customer even after the wedding 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a lovely experience. I took a chance and called into the clinic for the deal of 299 for 5 areas. The receptionist was very friendly. The doctor had just left so he rang him to come back. I was seen within 20 minutes . Doctor was so friendly and I nearly felt any of the injections

Highly recommend for their customer service! I’ve gotten HydraFacial and lazer hair removal and both experiences has been excellent. My LHR appointments with Edita have been effortless and easy. It was my first LHR experience so I was a little nervous and anxious and she was so accommodating and friendly. I am consistently recommending Changes Clinic to friends and family due to their high standards, availability of treatments and friendliness.

I arrived to be greeted with politeness and warm welcome .the staff where very nice and offer me some water while I waited in a lovely warm setting area for my procedure. They have a wide range of things to choose..I then went into the nurses and they explained everything and asked me what I really wanted to improve. The overall all experience was lovely and relaxing and I'd recommend it to all my friends and family I will be going back

i have visited Changes clinic several times now and I must say that everyone at the front desk, as well as the therapists and doctors, are extremely nice, helpful and know what they are talking about.
I particularly enjoy my treatments with Edita. Dr Ezio is also great, answers all your questions and make you feel very safe.
