This is an amazing shop! John has such an amazing design sense about all aspects of framing. He proposes mattes and frames and designs that I would have never considered, but turn out to be absolutely amazing. I have so much fun every time I go in that store.. a definite, recommend!

I need a poster framed, they did it in about 2 hours, fast and friendly service.

I was incredibly pleased with the stunning framing job by JC Picture Frames. It was exactly what I had hoped, and it was ready earlier than I expected. The owner took his time to help me decide on the ideal frame and matte when I visited. When it was ready, I was unable to pick it up because I had to self-isolate. The owner went above and beyond and delivered it to my house personally. JC Picture Frames went above and beyond! I highly recommend.

I want to share the worst retail experience I have ever had. I was unsatisfied with a frame that John had repaired. When I returned to his shop he started yelling and ranting about the piece, His behaviour was extremely unprofessional, it was actually disgusting! I will never shop there again.

High quality frames prepared in a timely manner! John was extremely friendly and provided great expert advice in selecting our frames. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone!

Came here to get some custom picture mats for my used frames. The gentleman who helped me was easy and great to work with. The store was closing but he stayed to finish the 5 mats and cut my artwork to fit be flushed with the mats (I did not bring in my frames). He even double side taped the art to the mat. Great service. Beautiful store with artwork along the walls. Best pricing for mats. Extremely more affordable than Michaels. I was quoted 3x the price at Michaels.
