If you wanna have a nice night out, you SHOULD NOT go there.
I visited there before 12am but a security guy said “no entry anymore” . So I gave up. But 30 mins later when I passed by in front of the bar, there were people lining up and getting in.
I don’t understand at all… it can be criticism.

What a lovely place to hangout with lovely friends 😊staff are friendly 👍helpful 👍welcoming 😊. Great location. Plus the happy hour.. Waw!! Is A big big bonus ..happy hour is from 12pm to 9pm. What🤣🤣highly recommended.
Michael was very kind and friendly at the door - appreciate it alot, makes the difference on a night out!
Sarah (security) was also amazing, some guys were being very inappropriate but she took action and made us feel safe.. this is something we often don’t see on nights out so seeing that extra touch allowed us to enjoy without fear!

We stopped off here for a quick drink before heading back to our hotel. The cocktails were 2 for 1, so we had a couple of sex on the beaches. Good cocktail for the price we paid. The staff were really friendly and served us relatively quick. The toilets however, were not very good at all! They were up about 4 flights of stairs and really smelt. Not the cleanest!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this bar and nightclub, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot stress enough how disappointing and frustrating the entire experience was. If you value honesty, customer service, and fair treatment, stay far away from this establishment.
False Advertising: The first red flag was the falsely advertised tickets. What was supposed to be a fun night out turned into a major disappointment when we realized that the tickets we purchased didn't grant us access to the promised amenities and events. The management should be held accountable for these misleading practices.
Staff Runaround: When we encountered a problem with the tickets, the staff gave us the runaround, hoping we'd forget about it or give up in frustration. It's evident that they lack any sense of responsibility and prefer to sweep problems under the rug rather than addressing them head-on.
Incredibly Rude Staff: The staff's demeanor was downright appalling. They were not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. It was evident that they had little regard for their patrons and treated us with utter disrespect.
Overpriced Drinks: The prices of the drinks were exorbitant, to say the least. Not only were the cocktails mediocre at best, but the prices made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. It's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
A Shameless Scam: This place can only be described as a scam. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like they were trying to milk every penny out of us without providing any value in return. It's disheartening to see an establishment resort to such unethical tactics.
Intimidating Behavior: Worst of all, when some brave individuals dared to confront the staff about the issues and called them out on their dishonesty, they responded with intimidation and threats. Throwing customers out for expressing legitimate concerns is inexcusable and should not be tolerated.
It is truly astonishing that this establishment is allowed to continue operating. The lack of transparency, terrible customer service, and blatant disregard for patrons' well-being are unacceptable. In my opinion, it should not be legal for an establishment to run in such a manner. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other reputable bars and nightclubs that deserve your time and money.

If I could give this club a 0 I would.. we had a terrible experience there. Straight away the atmosphere is a bit off putting, the kind of place that there's creepy guys standing around the dance floor watching the girls.. if I hadn't of been with my partner and he's friends I would have left straight away. Drinks were also a rip off and the bar staff rude.
Fast forward half an hour I had when walking to the bar a stranger touch me inappropriately , with he's had going up my skirt... it was nearly impossible to get the bouncers to do anything about it, we had to cause such a fuss for them to even take it seriously to get the guy removed.
The bouncers couldn't have given a toss and I bet if it was just me alone they wouldn't have believed me. Defiantly not a safe space for any females to go to! Girls do the step a foot in this place!

Love the music and the vibe... It's sad that you cannot get entry if u want to party alone even if u are a regular visitor. I expect London to be more welcoming to accommodating expats and tourists :)
