Great dim sum without being ridiculously priced. We came for a late afternoon dimsum with my family and waited a few minutes for a table of 9. This place is definitely a bit run down compared to Skyview or other newer dim sum spots. We ordered the usual affair and everything came out hot and fresh.

Highly recommend and would come back.

Use to come here all the time, but not anymore. My friend wanted fresh eel and the smallest one was 3.5 pounds. So they pushed it on us and friend wanted it. I ate leftover eel for three days. Also the staff were yelling (front of the house versus back of the house) at each other which seems to be normal since no other customers said anything or seem to care. Now i go to the other dine in seafood in the same plaza.

The places has not been renovated in 30 plus years is mu guess

No frills straight forward dim sum. Went on a Saturday and was surprised it was not super busy.

Their menu is quite simplistic and price wise is very affordable versus newer/more fancy places in the city.

Overall very standard tasting food and flavors to satisfy a basic craving.

This place has been around for decades. Used to be my favorite place for authentic Cantonese dishes. Recently visited again and their quality still remained outstanding! All the dishes were ordered were delicious! And price is very affordable, comparable to food court price but quality is well beyond. Will definitely come back often!

It’s a restaurant with history and you feel like you’re back to 90s. Foods are fine but not impressive. One of the dish is cold and services need improvement.

We got Bean Curd Skin Roll w/ Pork in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai, Steamed Spareribs Rice Noodle Roll and Pan Fried Lotus Cake w/ Preserved Meat. Bean Curd Skin Roll was PERFECT, it came in 3 pieces, loaded with Pork, Mixed Veg, the Sauce was delicious as well! The Siu Mai came in 4 pieces, they were HUGE, loaded with Pork and Shrimps! Steamed Spareribs Rice Noodle Roll was quite special, it had silky smooth Rice Noodle Roll, topped with tender, flavourful Spareribs, we totally recommend this! Pan Fried Lotus Cake came in 3 pieces of shredded Lotus Root and Pork Patties, though it wasn’t golden fried enough, still quite a tasty dish! Overall, this spot offers some really affordable Dimsum, despite it not being grand or fancy like other Dimsum spots, we still enjoyed the meal a lot!

Terrible rude service from the main male server with glasses. At the end of the meal, they served dessert which was mung bean with seaweed. One of our dinnermates could not eat this dessert, so we asked the server if there were other desserts available. In Cantonese, the word "dessert" is called "sweet water" (tong shui). The server responded to our question, "Yes, sugar and water." What an insulting rude reply!

Never coming back.

(Chicken dish was good. Lobster e fu noodles was fair -- e fu noodles tasted semi sweet. The other two dishes (bok choy with mushrooms and braised grouper with bittermelon). The grouper dish was not good. The grouper was very fishy and did not taste fresh.)
