If you're looking to work here DO NOT DO IT. Imagine everything you do not want in a workplace and this is it.

Managers here lack leadership skills, are hypocrites, bullies, micromanage, display favouritism, and are narcissistic. The worst part is that HR policies are there to support managers even when they are in the wrong and need to work on improving. The micromanager there will nitpick on the most unimportant tasks since they do not have actual work for you to do. Keep in mind the probation is 6 months long and can be extended till up to a year. Managers can get rid of you during this period without a reason. They promote themselves as an organization who do not tolerate bullying and harassment, but it is acceptable for managers to do so. The work-from-home policy can change anytime even when the original agreement allowed work from home. People are fake and cliquey. I was scared and stressed out going to work every day. Do not work here unless you desperately need money and have no other options.

It’s a beautiful building. Their classes look like court room. Microphone on each seats so student can use it to participate in class. Student of Sauder have been selected not only based on academy achievements but also how well rounded they are. Very social kids and care about net working. They learn a lot in this school and lots will go
Directly to workforce and succeed in what ever path they chose.

They probably have a great undergrad program, but I would not recommend the graduate programs. The faculty resources are very limited. The learning experience is not positive without a good working relationship. Besides academics, extracurricular resources are very limited as well.

Very nice building with excellent and new looking classrooms and lounge areas. One thing about the building - it may be hard to navigate due to its structure.

Very disappointing. Tried to reset my password for online real estate training 4 times. There was a large time delay in getting an updated password. These systems should be improved as this has wasted valuable time.

It's horrible that after paying so much money for a course and text books that I had to spend a day printing updates over a year old and replacing the current pages in my book. I didn't sign up for arts and crafts. Bad business and customer service.

UBC Real Estate Division can be an emotional Rollercoaster, but once the ride ends you have had a life changing experience and you truly start to Live. I have completed my Trading Services, Rental Property Management and I cant wait to complete my Strata management license, nothing but great opportunities available in the industry. I love my work and my benefits. Go For It and never let anyone tell you that you cannot do it, Study & prepare to be great 👍 Thank you UBC Real Estate Division, For changing my life.
