The Bakersfield new principal is so worthy, he is call Ms Gold, Lol Gold? His whole family does not worth for a gold.🤣

My son has thrived here! We absolutely love it, the education is true Montessori and the love the teachers show the kids is so comforting!

Bruh I went here for one week to try English school (I went to French immersion before) and it sucked i literally cried everyday. For starters all the teachers are rude and unkind to even new students and also the classes are so small and ghetto with so many students and hot and crowded. A bunch of guys I didn’t even know would literally chase me and PUNCH me and my friends at recess and they were annoying asl. I never realized how nice my school was before going to this school for one week in grade six. I’m in grade eight now acps for the win

the most trash school bro they can even talk how about the principal

Ms. Sultana Mashooque the Admissions Counsellor is a kind, committed, professional, talented personality. She has a good communication skills and performs her duties properly.

The admission counselor of sultana absolutely was help full, and the program was exactly what I was looking for.” “I was so pleased with the service I received from SULTANA. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect welcoming.” “I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from Sultana

All the teachers are very nice but Malika mam and Rizwan sir are my favourite teachers bcz according to their experience, politeness and also way of teaching.

In summer it’s boiling they have no air conditioning 😂 you don’t learn anything half of teachers are supply teachers and some of them are racist too

I have mailed many times now im interested in the Welding specialist/inspector course but getting no response whatsoever. tried to call may times no one picked up the phone. I want to know whats the cost for the welding specialist program?

It was nice exeperince, got the answers for all our queries as a new comer.

As a former student of Stanford International College, I had the privilege of working closely with Sultana M, an outstanding admission counselor who played an instrumental role in my academic journey. This school is really awful. My child had two supply teachers in grade 7 &8
They were not knowledgeable and my son even doesn’t like to go to high school. They killed his interest.
The graduation ceremony was just like a funeral.
They honored some students and other students and their parents had to sit and watch them.
Ridiculous
I wish I never sent my son to Roselawn p.s

I give it a 3-star, since I have many friends and the education is somewhat good depending on the teacher you get. However, if you end up with a bad teacher, you probably won't learn as much. The learning quality did lack during COVID-19, however the learning is going back to normal.

Amazing!

We were at graduation ceremony last night and we parents are desperate about the Award Show! Yes I call it show as it was not acceptable. I am happy and congrats students who awarded but why they did this show in grad ceremony and with parents? They had to do it in school, not in the ceremony. My daughter was so upset and she hadn't enjoyed the party after at all. Her friends were awarded, and it was discouraging for others who actually were good at their job but they didnt make to an award.
So what?
So what?

I'm a student at Stanford College who is studying HVAC. My professor Afshin is a great teacher. Who teaches very well. The labs we did were very useful. Overall it was a great experience.

The school has no air conditioning and we had 2 supply teachers in a row for two school years and the teachers did not even come back.

The environment is very bad and they don't care about the mental safety of the students. The new principal has a very bad attitude and a complex. I am very upset that my child is in this school.

horrible school. There is no air conditioning and the school is broke. When the school got "new" computers this year, the warranty ended on April 22 2022( one year ago). The school is also ad at managing their budget because they spent a few thousand dollars on the grad trip venue rather that the Actual grad trip. (we are going to skyzone, then bowling/movies)

I completed my hvac class .it's nice experience to learn everything .nice teachers they teach theory and practical nicely.special asfin teaching very nicely hvac class.learn lot practical knowledge from him.he teach very seriously each and every student.

Well, haven’t been here for 4 years, but hey, it isn’t that bad. When injured, staff handed that stuff pretty well. I don’t recall ever really having any problems here. Seems like they’re doing pretty well nowadays.

Loved this school so much I miss it.

so glad i don’t have to step foot here again🙏

It makes me sad because I was only there for 1 year

This is an amazing school, my sons loved this school.

Hate the learning program, bad teachers, remote learning is very bad. teachers don’t pay attention to you when you need help, just very bad. I want to give this school a zero but that’s bot possible so I give it a one.

I remember going to a teacher in this school system and tell her of the abuse I suffered at home and she looked at me like I had 10 heads. I'll never forget having the courage to finally reach out for help and recieving that. Thanks Mrs. Sherry Thomas.

Worst school board, they are only good at making excuses for why it is a snow day.

School was mid tbh. Anyways this is on my alt bc on my main I accidentally signed into the business profile for this school so I can't review so if i could transfer the ownership to the principal that would be great

this school system is terrible. for the past 4 years of me going here I felt like I was being stripped of my culture. I felt like they wanted to me sensor my culture and water down my history to please everyone around me. This school has me oppressed everyday with the lack of representation and the fact that when we do represent our culture our peers laugh and take us for a joke. they have even mocked us before. At our school if we talk out we are wrong and seen a a threat rather than people. I do not see my peers that are not of colour having to deal with the same issue. I have been told before to get over it and overall I do not feel heard by my school whether it's the teachers, students, or admin. We even had an issue where there was racism going on and we were basically silenced and they basically cut us off and said that the presentation was over and basically we could no longer discuss anything and it felt like they silenced us not to mention that the presenter was not a person of minority nor would they be able to relate to any of to problems that we face on a daily basis. Honestly if you are a person of minority I do not suggest that you attend any type of catholic school in Whitby especially All Saints Catholic Secondary School.

I'd like to express my gratitude to VGC International College for those 4 fantastic months in the Global English and University Preparation programme.
It was an incredible event that was well beyond my expectations. Excellent environment, awesome structure, I was always at ease and appreciative of the willingness, expertise and friendliness of every member of the staff. Even though everyone was wonderful, I'd want to single out Christopher Hunt and Adrian Valentine, who served as my instructors for the last 3 months. They are excellent and professional teachers, I can't thank them enough for what they taught me. Besides that, I also want to recognize, Aly Bhola for all the support throughout these months. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience at VGC, you truly are the finest language school!
I wholeheartedly suggest VGC International College to anybody who is contemplating it, I am sure that you will not be disappointed!

I've was here since JK, and it's an okay school. It's a really small school, and mainly the only thing that's bad is that the sports teams aren't very good(there wasn’t even a basketball team when I was in gr 8). Most/some teachers are good.

Normally the buses run within a 5 min window, reflected on the DRT app. Today, my schedule was completely thrown off by horrible delays for connecting buses. The app did not reflect that there were delays and when I complained, someone called me and tried to tell me alternate routes. I don't want alternate routes, I want an app that updates in real time to reflect what the situation is. Horrible customer service and a complete communication failure.

they didnt give dino nuggies they ended taking me to their secret basement fed me rocks for 69 years i have finally got out of this place

I want to thank VGC International College for two incredible months in the University Preparation Advanced program.
It was a tremendous experience, way beyond my expectations. I always felt very comfortable and grateful for the professionalism and kindness of every member of the staff. Even though absolutely everyone was great, I want to highlight Adrian Valentine, who was my instructor for these two months, he is a great and very professional teacher, I can't thank him enough for everything he taught to me. Besides, I want to highlight Javier Torres, Aly Bhola, Jude Conroy, Iain Angus, the Student Services Department and the instructors of Friday Workshops. I think all of you should feel very proud of working in such a great company, you really are the best language school!
That being said, I can totally recommend VGC International College to anyone who is considering it, you won't regret!

Thanks to all the support of VGC I was able to live an extremely rewarding and fun experience.
I Improved my English skills in a fun and active way, interacting with the teachers, and talking about many topics, practice with my classmates learning new things in the process.
It was not only very educational but my teachers and other support made all my learning at VGC truly unique.
an unforgettable and incredible experience.

School bout to be ruined by the 07's going into grade 8. But good school, refer back to the 1 star reviews.

We enrolled our 3 sons (aged 4,4,2) in Montessori North. The teachers there are all extremely caring and attentive. Our questions and concerns are always addressed in detail and in a timely manner. The children enjoys going to school, and tells us they have lots of fun in class.

I liked MNS for my kids because I wanted a small school setting. My other older child went to one of the larger montessoris in Markham and I felt that it was too big for my liking. I enjoy seeing the same teachers everyday taking care of my kids and knowing all the teachers at the school. I also enjoy knowing and seeing most of the parents at the school compared to the larger Montessori.
The teachers at MNS are very caring and also diligent. I could tell that my kids were well cared for because of the excitement they would have to go to school and also the things that they would mention when I ask them about their day.
As for academics, I am satisfied with the results so far. One of my kids, who also went to MNS a few years ago, is back in the public school system and the foundation she built at MNS is very evident based on the feedback received from her different teachers and the continued success she's had with the school curriculum. She's been in the public school for a number of years now and she learns everything with such ease (so far). She is analytical, collaborative, engaged, creative, etc.

Since my son (age 4) and daughter (age 2) started at Montessori North, I’ve seen such amazing progress with their development and can see how comfortable they are at school. All of the teachers are incredibly caring, knowledgable and take special care with each of their students. Mrs Anahita takes the time to teach the children yoga and does a wonderful job in teaching them new skills. I highly recommend this school as it’s a nurturing environment and I can see that both of my children enjoy being there. Thank you to all of the gifted teachers for all of their hard work and for making it such a wonderful experience for them!

Both my son and daughter are studying at MNS from pre-casa to casa class now. I love the small class setting which makes both of my kids settle for school so much easier. My son has been with the same head teahers Ms. Sara and Ms. Chan for almost 4 years. He is graduating this year and head to grade 1. The teachers have been amazing to my kids. They learn Mandarin, Spanish, French, Maths and English( phonics, readings) during class. They also do art works, sensorial fun acitivities. All of their school workbooks and artworks were sent home once a month. I am so happy to see both my kids makes lots of good friends from school. They also make such nice academic progress. All I have to say is thank you MNS and all of the wonderful staffs.

All 3 of my kids go to Montessori North School. They went to Donald Cousens daycare previously, which the staff and school was also great! However, 2 things I must say I noticed:
1. Maybe because the teacher:student ratio, my kids come home clean everyday! Well as clean as toddlers can be. I can feel there's a high level of structure within the school and staff members.
2. My kids sing to me in Chinese, English and SPANISH. They must be having fun and well engaged in class to be my little radio on the way home.
I am a working mom, and pick up my kids at 5:30 after work. It is reassuring to see teachers giving my kids healthy snacks during pick up. So, thank you all -- for all that you do. You guys have been very understanding, and supportive in all aspects.

I had the best school life ever in VGC! I enjoyed not only learning English but also doing activities. The activities are so fun! Emily is an amazing activity coordinator. Thanks to her, I enjoyed a lot of activites successfully! I love the atmosphere of the school as well, the teachers are nice and friendly. In each class, the diversity of nationalities is high, so I could make many friends from different countries, and it was good for talking about each other's cultures. Also there are various courses in the school. I took business courses and TESL course as well as general English class, and those were all interesting and helpful for me!
If you are considering studying abroad, come to VGC! I'm sure you will love VGC. I was lucky to choose the best English school in the world!

My daughter didn't want to go to school when she was attending Montessori North.
The owner is a business woman, she only cares about her business.

VGC is an amazing school! The staff is super nice and the teachers are amazing! The activities are fun and they even offer trips sometimes. The location is in downtown which is perfect and they have 2 beautiful buildings very close to each other. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to learn English and have a good time in Vancouver.

Teachers will dictate what is in a child’s lunch box and will throw out anything they deem “unhealthy”

Great school, great teachers. Secretary was really rude

It’s a great school! I loved my 10 years there. All my teachers were amazing and they taught me great things. I had a great experience for sure!

I am a student from Spain and I had joined VGC for one month. I can say a lot of good things about this school but I will summarize them in a few words: VGC is a great and a wonderful place to study English, make friends and enjoy Vancouver's life! I can't be happier! The school's staff is amazing. They are very professional people, with an amazing knowledge in TESL, and always willing to help you, not just academically but also professionally. The school also offers great opportunities to meet different people and experience Vancouver's life by planning all sort of fun activities. Congratulations to VGC for doing such a great job and for trying so hard to fulfill everybody's expectations. I am very impressed and glad for everything you've done! It has been the best month ever! I truly recommend joining the school, no doubts! Thank you! You are a great team VGC!

Stanford College is an excellent career college that focuses on students' future employment. Especially, its Gas Technician and HVAC Technician programs are the best, unbeatable programs within Ontario colleges.

I called in to inquire an issue with my high school transcript and the woman that helped me on the phone went above and beyond on getting my issue resolved. I am very pleased with the service i received through this office and if i need any guidance in the future, this is the office i will go through. Amazing!

One of teacher was good!
Director is a business woman but not an educator. Terrible management!
They called me many many times to push me enrolled my daughter get into this daycare. After 2 months the supervisor tell me my daughter has to leave school, she needs the spot for another baby (she also mention to me they can take out any baby’s spot with any reason). I tried to described with school principal but didn’t answer at first weeks (I didn’t feel security to put my daughter there and withdrawal her back to home). After i followed up with the principal she respond me by email said : “Montessori North School matters are dealt by Ms Sara & the staff there”
They never put babies mental health at first oriented!
Also, school has notice asking parents contribute 4 snacks each month. Very small at money !!
I share my story here to avoid have similar thing happening at another baby. As all people know baby needs 2 to 3 weeks to accept a new place.

Привет из России !!! 👋

My children attended this school in the late 90's. Back then the staff were very well trained and professional. Ormiston Public School has always had a very great reputation for helping ever child individually. Sports is offered at this school and there are many clubs for the children.

Studying at VGC was a wonderful experience! Teachers were kind and friendly. They cared about each students and always gave ous some good advices to improve English. And VGC has a lot of amazing activities! I enjoyed BBQ, playing ice hockey and volleyball. Rocky Mountains trip was awesome! I made a lot of new good friends from other countries at our class and activities!

The school yard after recess is a total mess! The kids throw all their garbage on the ground and leave it for the neighbourhood to clean up. Multiple times I week I have to bring a bag and pick up after the kids (even though they claim the kids aren't supposed to take their snacks outside, I find milk cartons, granola bar wrappers, yogurt cups, ziplock bags with snacks, gummies... etc). I have spoken to the principal about the matter and nothing was done. It is not the job of the janitors to clean the entire park/field after these disrespectful kids. Either provide more garbage cans, educate the kids on not littering and respecting the environment or make sure the kids are not taking their snacks out at recess.
A complete disgrace to the neighbourhood.
A complete disgrace to the neighbourhood.

As a student I have to say that the school is kinda crappy

The school is okay the student don"t flush the toilet!!

This is Voting venue for this area.
This school basketball field is also open for badminton and basketball for public during evening.

VGC is such a nice school! I really love VGC! I spent a wonderful time there! All the staff team is very qualified. They make you feel that you really have a Canadian Family at school. It is like a home in Canada. The structure is very good and the teachers are amazing. It is definitely a happy place. VGC atmosphere is really nice. They give you all support you need to improve your English and any help you need. VGC also offers many activities to complement the English studies. Wich is really good because we have the oportunity to make new friends and live Canadian cultural experiences. If you are in doubt about to choose VGC as your school, don't be! It is the best ever! Go to VGC! I wish success to VGC! Hugs from Brazil! = )

Over 10 years of combined attendance by my children.

Great faculty, clean and bright, and a welcoming atmosphere. Also very ESL friendly!

Did not do a thorough investigation when my daughter's finger was slammed in a steel bathroom door. We never found out how it really happened.

IT!!!! was!!!! so!!! good!!!! A high quality !!!! education!!! for a low low price!! a free price!!!

My daughter love it there so I do
