Easy Park

Had a similar experience to what other people have stated regarding the parking. I parked and walked a few steps away from my car to the parking meter in order to pay for parking. I noticed the parking guy already looking at my car, seemingly as if going to write a ticket. My Mom went over to ask what he was doing, and pointed at my direction to let him know I was paying for parking at the meter. The guy claimed he was just "checking my license plate" and then walked away. Seems like very predatory behaviour when it comes issuing parking tickets.

AVOID PARKING HERE AND AVOID EASY PARK IN GENERAL. PARK NEARBY AND WALK IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEADACHE IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME BY EVEN A MINUTE!!!

Paid for parking and still got a ticket. I was unnecessarily stressed. Glad I had the receipt printed so I was able to dispute it and get it cancelled. Please don’t bother parking here, rather park on the street and do a nice walk instead of wasting time proving your innocence.

I paid my parking and still got a ticket. WHY? If you want more money, why don't you just put $57.00 for an hour? You greedy people....

This location is a scam. I tried paying 5 times with different cards and it just didn't process any. Customer service(Daniel from easy park customer service) is one of the worst I have ever experienced. No regards for any explanation or curtsey towards the reasoning. They simply don't listen to your genuine arguments neither they try to verify your claim; I am damn sure its a money grabbing scheme in the guise of non-profit org.

DO NOT PARK HERE - YOU WILL REGRET IT. EasyPark is actively engaging in PREDATORY, DECEPTIVE, AND UNETHICAL business practices.

This parking lot deserves zero stars. I paid for parking on May 18th but received a parking ticket anyways. Providing proof of my parking receipt was not enough to resolve the ticket, they also needed to see proof the payment showed up on my credit card!

It took 4 days for EasyPark to declare my innocence... until 2 months later when EasyPark decided to send a bill for an unpaid ticket anyways to Avis, my rental car company, for an unpaid violation, now $110, 2x more than the original $55 violation. That bill was dated July 14th 2023, nearly 2 months after I had resolved my parking ticket with EasyPark customer service (or so I had thought I did!).

I can't stress it enough - DO NOT PARK IN THIS PARKING LOT as you are highly likely to receive a parking ticket, even if you paid for parking. EasyPark has a consistent pattern, documented endlessly in other Google reviews for this parking lot, of issuing fake "violations" to get honest customers to cough up payment. It is a straight up SCAM and possibly illegal behaviour. EasyPark needs to be investigated for deceptive and possibly illegal business practices.

Based on this awful experience, avoid EasyPark parking lots at all costs! Stick with the honest parking companies like Indigo and Impark; EasyPark is not to be trusted!

Much like everyone else. I paid for parking, and still got ticketed. Literally 15mins after I paid for parking lol.

Complete garbage system. Something has changed in the last year or two. It was never this bad before.
