Residencial Maderos, lujo y exclusividad cuenta con amenidades canchas de tenis, alberca, parques, mini golf, parque peT friendly.
Los inquilinos que rentan algún departamento o caso por aplicación no saben cuidar y respetar las reglas que existen para el uso de alberca y área de amenidades son una lata
La falta de administración no permite tomar decisiones concretas en la seguridad acceso y demás servicios necesarios para que sea integral

Excellent place to live and enjoy Cancún in one of the most attractive areas in the city (the south of Cancún). Maderos has different kinds of houses (4), they are above the million but they are pretty nice. The place is relaxing and secure. Looking for a nice affordable place, this gated residential community is a good option.
I was staying there for almost 3 weeks (which most of the time was very nice, except couple of times, that we couldn't find security to open the gates and someone complained about our dog being 2 minutes near the pool) with my family through Airbnb. One night someone got into our house and we got robbed. They took all the most valuable things from us (interesting, only our things, nothing from house). The only thing administrator offer to do to help us was refund money for those days we're not gonna stay (because we had left 4 more days to stay). No police, no help (btw, we found my purse (empty), my husband's suitcase (empty) and empty case from the iPad ourselves. We even found the way how robbers came inside). 😒 So no help from the administration, no help from the owners, also no any help from the Airbnb! Think twice, if you really want to stay there. 😶
