My grandson had his birthday party here. Helpful staff, lots of fun for the children. Very busy, and lots of children hopping around, but it smells like sweaty boys and dirty feet. Not my cup of tea but the children had a ball.
Great place to come with kids, try to avoid peak hours might be a bit busy. Other than that, games are great and even my 18 month old had a blast... I would even recommend for teenagers that like to be active and run around.

The staff didn't explain anything to me at check-in. The chic that checked us in didn't bother to tell us anything about the place. Just scanned the barcode from my online confirmation. I had to ask what to do next, being my first time coming here how would I know. I don't know what's what. My son enjoyed himself, though. It's smaller than the one we have been to in Tennessee. The cost was $38.99 plus tax for 2.5 hour time. Not crowded on this day.

trampoline places, but overall, it's a pretty good place. I have to admit the monthly cost is a bit high and the more expensive than other places. It doesn't include a bring a friend or parents jump for free like most places. My daughter loves it, so we'll keep coming back.

Place is awesome.... Had some time to kill in Orlando before our flight out and the kids loved this spot. They have a lot of cool activities that normal trampoline places don't have and it was not busy at all... Definitely worth a look
It is a fun place with good facilities, but unfortunately cleanliness is not a feature of the place. The bathrooms you wouldn't want your kids to visit, they are terrible! The birthday rooms are dark, small and depressing. The staff has no service attitude.
Our first time visiting was for a birthday party. Very cool place and clean which I was not expecting . The party was excellent, and my kids didn’t want to leave. We ended up buying monthly passes, which are a good value. Bathrooms are clean and available. Snacks and drinks are nearby, and plenty of places for parents to observe inside and from the outside gated area. We are enjoying our time here.
If you have smaller children I would recommend keeping a close eye on them as they can move very quickly. Older kid seemed to be able to take care of themselves in navigating the park.
