San Diego zoo

The best zoo ever. The animals were very active. The bus tour is helpful and then use the hop on hop off bus to make the day easier.

This is the epitome of what a zoo should be. Such an amazing world-famous magical place. The landscaping and ever-changing pathways keep you intrigued and in awe. You feel like you are in a completely different world. There are hundreds of unique animal enclosures and experiences. It really feels like you are teleporting throughout the world to see these amazing creatures. Many friendly staff dotted around feel like an entertaining and helping hand rather than an annoying nuisance. Lots of convenient food and shopping options. They go above and beyond by having dozens of super fun and interactive areas and scheduled events throughout the day. The San Diego Zoo is more than worth a visit for any age and any group size, you will spend all day here and want to come back I promise!

We had a great day at the zoo! My husbands first time and he loved it. The animals are very well cared for. The facility is very clean and it’s a good place for walking. Wear comfy shoes! We would visit again next time we’re in town.
