I don't think I've ever seen this place open, so I went up to see the hours, and this makes sense. No respect for the customers' time. They have the time on their doors with it also saying "If we are closed during those times 🤷🏽‍♀️". That's actually wild to engrave that onto your front door and shows a lack of respect for your time. Don't waste your time coming here, they obviously don't care about it since you can get there and they can be closed and as they say 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went in a few days ago and Sierra was very helpful. The stuff they sell is so cute. I will definitely be going back

They misplaced my order for 3 engraved pet tags for a month. Definitely not as friendly through email as they are in the store. Which is surprising because they are the ones that made the mistake of "misplacing" my order for a month. Not good at communicating or resolving the situation. Extremely disappointed. Makes it difficult to want to support small businesses.

The owner Dana is a true, real scammer. They take out money from my account over 5 times for an order I made once. They refuse to give me my money back. Don't come here.
