Stopped in on our trip to Portland. Great happy hour deals! The best part of this place is the people. Loved chatting with the staff. Good stop!

This is the best type of local bar/pub. Nice people and excellent food.
Super personable bartender... He was so good that I wondered if he was the owner. Answered all our food questions really well and took pride in the dishes.
Trust Portland to have a hole in the wall bar with fabulous food. The deep fried cauliflower was delicious as were the fish and chips... With an on-point creme brulee for dessert.
Kudos for the art exhibit area... Nice to see work from local artists.
Street parking was easy.

The fried cauliflower is the best! Service is incredible! The fish and chips were one of the best we have had. Mike, the bartender took amazing care of us. You need to find this place!

Atmosphere was super chill, service was excellent, and staff was very helpful and attentive. Food was delicious, and they have options for everyone, from regular American food to vegan options and more. I got the vegan burger it was very delicious. My friend got the Green Chili Burger, and she said it was super delicious. The shoestring fries are delicious.

I like this under rated establishment. But it shouldn't be. This place should be packed because of the quality of food and service we got. And they even show off local artists even change their wall art to showcase their work.

I’ve driven by Arrowood so many times, and finally had a chance to get a meal here. We were immediately impressed with the friendly service, then by the generous serving of fish and chips. Massive! My wife had the Crispy Cauliflower and enjoyed it also. I’d give them a “neighborhood gem” award!

I don't want to give a bad review based off a single night, but I can't give 5 stars just based off staffing. The server we had was wonderful and was trying their best to get to everyone but it still took about 45 minutes to get our food. Once we did get it, it was good but not quite worth the cost. Fish and chips is $18 and seemed pretty bland for that cost. The dipping sauce was not very good and the fish was pretty lacking. However, my chicken sandwich was very good and my old fashioned was...alright. I'm going to chalk this one up to a lack in staffing which I know isn't the attending staff's fault and our server was very kind and apologetic for the wait.
