Bijan Optical

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses over the years. I was very pleased with my previous 2 pairs. I have been very disappointed with my recent purchase of sunglasses. Twice the screws fell out. Recently I returned to have the glasses aligned and during the attempt the temple was broken. Even though I was able to use my sunglasses for a trip that required them and a new pair was ordered to fix the problem I am left feeling I will not return to the shop. I returned to the shop requesting more accountability for a defective product and the breaking of the temple and no solution was found except a small
discount pending a future purchase. It’s unfortunate.

There is an older Asian lady was extremely rude, I was trying to test my prescription and only wanted to see if it goes higher, she insist I book a doctor and do full eye exam. I understand and I said thanks for the consideration I just wanted to see my power. She was giving me look and rolling her eyes said that “I was doing my job, whatever you choose it’s your business “ . Then I was asking what are the things we test in normal sight testing? She was like, “ I don’t know” . This store should permanently closed

Bought a pair of glasses here years ago and they were my favourite. They had a better selection than some other glasses stores. The service was great and I plan on going back for my second pair of glasses.

The staff were awesome! Most importantly, they were fast and helpful in using insurance to cover the main portion of expenses!
Overall, I had a great experience with Bijan Optical!

Went to the shop to get a new pair of glasses a few weeks ago. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me choose the best frames that suits my style. Glasses turned out perfect! Thank you Bijan Optical for the kind service!👍🏻

Service is great, but if you go to an optic is for the glasses. I left my glasses to change my lenses (just the crystals), and a change of nose pads, where they said that for sure they will take care of. After a week of waiting, the screws of my glasses where loose and my nose pad where not replaced, on top of that my whole frame was a little bit bent. The person working said if I wait until 1 there is a chance that someone can help me, but after a week of waiting I was just done. I leave a 2 star for the help choosing in the beginning, but for $269 for a crystal change (same frame), I feel it could be better. If you go for a new frame, probably the story would be different.

Nice and affordable collection! I've got three glasses and all of them are great! My sunglasses need a tiny adjustment though, but I am 100% sure they will take care of it whenever I stop by. Their service is good and stuff are very helpful!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

All these reviews are fake, from friends. This is an extremely unprofessional place.
Opticians are NOT qualified to write prescriptions and perform full exams.
They do all kinds of shady stuff. They use cheap lenses and trying to charge you for high end lenses.

My eye exams were done by the owner twice, and still I felt dizzy as long as I wear the glasses(when it’s complete,and after readjust). I doubt they did any adjustments. But they promised me should be fine. And I went to another doctor who told my glasses was rated way over my prescription. I went back, the owner send me to his store in SUB, and there was another lady did the eye exam again,
even she said the glass rated wrong for me. After she finished my eye exam, my glasses was sent back the third time. Still, better than before but not comfortable to wear. They would not refund me, and became rude. This glasses still sit on my desk with full of dust. Never wear it single once!!!

By the way, I am just a normal short sighted person around -2.5, I have no idea why they can’t get this right, went to Costco after this and fully satisfied.
