Al Jabri Tower B Block

The building has potential if the owners took care of it, however it’s falling apart. The doors are rotted and there are termites. The building did a spray treatment for the termites though it was not fully effective.
The floor tiles are chipped and stained, and not replicable because the building doesn’t have more of these tiles to do the maintenance.
The shower first gives rusted water so you have to keep it running for a while before stepping in. I got a blu shower filter and it helps but you have to change the filter every week because it gets dirty quite fast.
The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours arguing. Also the families put their children in the public corridor to play everyday, so if you want to relax after a hard day of work… well it’s not really possible with a football slamming into your main door every 15 minutes 🙃.
There is a gym on the top floor, although none of the machines work so you’ll have to limit your workout to just the free weights.

Decent highrise building with 12 floors, walkable to Green line metro & having access to Sheikh Colony Market and other supermarkets. Centrally located in Al Qusais 1 Dubai

Very bad experience here .. we are out of power because of previous tenant who didn’t payed bill . We made new connection it’s been 2 day we are out of power . The building owner is not doing anything about it. This is very bad experience

Nice building. Good for one and two bedroom apartments. Few units have good view, like the one I had. Halls in this building is quite spacious for the rent they charge. Good parking.

Overall decent place for people looking to rent in Sheikh Colony area. Rents are around 38k AED for 1BHK and 48k AED for 2BHK in 2022.

Good residential building with spacious room s and great view

Pathetic management team ever. I stayed for 1 year in B Block. Upon moving out,they deducted 500 Aed for chimney which wasnt working from day 1,painting where there no drawing or writing visibles on the wall since I was living alone and cleaning, imagine what they claim from the tenants when they move out. When my flat got flooded 1 night I wrote a complaint in their complain book at the foyer but they didnt attend to that until I moved out. Nothing done to my complain but quick to claim money from tenants. Refund took forever .will necer recommend this building to anyone.

Recently changed new management.. Very good maintaince and quick response to complaints really peacful environment.. Glad to have an apartment here..
