Lots of beautiful animals. A bit dirty and unorganized but I'm sure with a store that big it can be hard to maintain. The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the stuff was way overpriced but the animals seemed very taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super friendly. We were greeted by Daniel. He helped us. We got a Russian tortoise, the cage, and everything we needed for Elliot’s new home. Jillian helped to finalise all. We will be back to purchase more food and bedding and won’t go to any other store. They also offer to keep the pet overnight when you travel. All in all we had a fantastic experience and appreciate this wonderful family business. Thanks a million!

This is a great place for MS & HS science teachers! The owner of this establishment is an absolute gem - I love his down to Earth demeanor mixed with his sincere professionalism. In addition to having a respectful owner there are so many great employees working here that are always so kind to me and to my dog and it's endearing how so many of them recognize him as I enter. The smiling faces I'm used to have always been great about getting me mice for my python, which is our school pet, and now that students are wanting their own pythons and asking me where to go I say this place instead of Petsmart/Petco.
I (and all my 6th graders) also want to say a huge thank you to the owner for allowing me to grab these Dubai roaches last minute for our animal behavior choice chamber lab. Thank you again for your understanding and kindness. Great business owner!

I love this place I go every 2 weeks get feeder rats for my snake or anything my reptiles need. They're so great the staff is amazing. I bought my little beardie here and it's the happiest little one in the world. I trust no other place for my reptile needs. They are also a rescue and the things they do to help animals feathered, furry or scaley is so awesome. If you need advice on animal care they are there to help. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.

Mites EVERYWHERE!!! They have them displayed when these blood sucking parasites can be treated. They should not be displayed. It's gross and half of the animals don't have water and are dry. Especially the tiny geckos.... ZK do better for real. I feel like I need to shower after coming into this shop. Most of the snakes are soaking because they are covered in mites!!!

We went to the store to get a ball python, but when we got home with it we realized that the store sold us a snake that had mites. We had to return the snake. Overall would not recommend.

First time there today. I will give a massive 5 stars and would give more if I could. I walked in and was greeted and offered help and to just ask if it was needed. I like this as I personally like to be left up to my own devices unless I need something. I viewed a great selection of Herp products. I also asked for some personal opinions from a young man with a beanie. During this time I was speaking with my wife and the young gal over heard that I was looking for some pinkies and was more than eager to help me out when I was ready to check out. I decided to stay a bit and check out their selection snakes and others. During this time I wanted to view a few different corn snakes. When I asked for assistance the young man was pleased to help me and also had the attitude of service to the customer. Coming from a business owner, it's all about the treating the customer to their needs. I felt mine were more than met. Upon checking out I met another man more my age. I apologize but I forgot his name, he had longer hair and I believe was tank maintenance and cleaning. We spoke and shared some photos and he also left such an impression on me that I don't mind driving up from San Antonio to be a repeat customer. Thank you for giving me great service.
