I ordered a canvas mid April they took my money quick smart. The canvas hasn’t arrived. After several phone calls and emails, I have been advised they have no idea when my canvas will arrive and I was refused a refund. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I also ordered on April 21 and I had an automotive reply i think Iv been very patient and understanding of your factory move it’s now June 23rd and still no delivery or a refund if you can’t supply then stop taking orders and payment until you are fully functional again! Send me my order or give me a refund your customer service it’s the pits !!!

I ordered a canvas from the Canvas Art Factory months ago and still haven't received it! Their website promises speedy delivery, but it's all a lie. On top of that, despite claiming to be 100% made in Australia, it's clear that their products are actually manufactured in China. They gladly took my money but failed to deliver on their promises. Avoid this misleading and unreliable company at all costs!

I made a purchase in March. I still have not received! I have contacted numerous times. Told over and over that there were "significant delays" because of "change of factory location" then "courier changes" excuse after excuse. Now their contact number is disconnected. I have requested a full refund - no response. Scammers.

I placed an order in mid-April, was informed of delivery within 5-10 days. When I attempted to get an update of my delivery, support advised of a significant delay and stopped responding to me. I have been refused a refund, have not received my print, and have not been given any updates.

They are good at stealing from would-be customers however.

The artwork itself is beautiful and is mounted nicely on the frame. I had some shipping concerns and customer service was very helpful with my queries. It was packaged well for delivery, unfortunately it did take the full 10 business days before it was sent, and it took another week to be delivered so didn't make it in time for Christmas but other than that very happy.

Easy ordering online experience. replied to my communication regarding production quickly. Once it was shipped tracking was great. Delivery was quick. Canvas packed well. Courier handled with care. Looks great, exactly what I wanted.
