Good spa and nice place and good responsibility and nice look

Therapist was not knowing the pressure points and pressure was not good. I regularly take massages and visited them on a recommendation, the experience was disappointing.

The ambiance and the service was top class. I absolutely loved it and would go back there again

I was lucky to receive a gift voucher for a full 60 mins spa. On an average I take close to 12 spa's a year, and this one just impressed me like none other. The therapist (Franksiska) was really good.She was in no hurry and kept her focus on joints and knots. The place is very clean and professional and deserves nothing less than a 5 star.

Had recently a massage at UB City.
The booking process: totally inefficient, didn’t receive a reply by email. The receptionist attributed it to the system problem but if so how could she/they left it several days without any appropriate action?
At the reception: I sat and waited a while at the reception before the receptionist came out. She just saw me and said nothing as if I didn’t exist. I had to get her attention and say to her that I had made an appointment. She barely greeted. So unwelcoming.
On tops of that, she asked my id and looked annoyed when I said that I left it at hotel and I didn't see such a requirement when I read their website. (I was at other spas in Bangalore and no one of them asked me to show my id.)
Treatment: The massage was excellent and love to have more treatment by the same therapist.
Payment: Overcharged, so check your bill before you pay. As a tourist and as tax rate seems to vary depending on what you buy, I couldn’t calculate the amount immediately at the place. There was no bill/receipt which would show clearly the cost and tax. When I calculated the payment later according to the price list on their website, the price was ca 1000 rupie higher that it should be.
The whole experience put me off although the massage was so good. Shame.

I recently booked a spa treatment at Angsana UB City, Bangalore and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The geysers were not working, and there was no hot water for an after-massage shower. I was only informed about this at the end of the massage, which was very frustrating.
As a premium service provider, I believe that Angsana should have informed me about the lack of hot water before I started my treatment.
I feel like the managers conveniently forgot to do so, as I definitely wouldn't have agreed to the treatment and would have preferred to reschedule for another day. Whatever it is the choice should have been mine to make.
And either way, it's unacceptable for a premium spa to neglect such an essential element of a spa treatment. I chose Angsana for the overall experience, and the lack of hot water has definitely affected my experience in a negative way.
Despite reaching out to Angsana, the management offered me a mere 30 minutes free on my next booking of 1 hour, which I found insulting considering the poor service I received.
Overall, I would not recommend Angsana UB City to anyone and I doubt I will ever go back again. The management's handling of the situation was very poor, and it's a shame that such a premium spa failed to provide a satisfactory experience.

Decent experience - was served tamarind juice when we reached and ginger tea after the massage.
