If I could give 0 stars I would. All of the women are inexperienced, rude, quite nasty and judgmental at the Mount Lawley Clinic, everyone but the older women who is compassionate to mums who run 10 seconds late. Stay well away if you don’t want to be disappointed. Everything is rushed and too many new starters to do a good job with the IPL, can’t even feel anything. I have been going here for over 5 years and I won’t be going back to Mount Lawley.

I got my 2nd session of laser hair removal today at Mt Lawley clinic. I don't remember the nurse name, but she was very attentive, friendly & amazing at her job. She was great at talking through every step in process and made sure i was comfortable. Overall i had great experience.
We’ve been getting treatments from Clear Skincare Clinic Mt Lawley for a few years now. We are always happy with the treatments and also many of the different products that we’ve tried and still use. The staff are always friendly and helpful in helping us achieve our skincare goals. They are knowledgeable and well trained. We have even converted a few friends and family members. The gift vouchers make terrific gifts for everyone. Thank you for always making us feel special. The only thing missing in your clinics is a glass of Champagne. 🥂
Staff are super friendly and always helpful! Also just sharing my recent experience with the senior nurse Jacquie and I have been very well looked after. Her technical skill and experience in facial symmetry balancing are exceptional and I would highly recommend her. On top of that she's also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Jacquie!
