We have used FM Interlock on multiple occasions each time being the exact same experience - excellent! Franco, John & team have incredible attention to detail and their quality of work is very evident. They have now completed the landscaping and interlock work on our entire property and we couldn't be more pleased. We have also referred them to others with great success. In Ottawa, you need to look hard for high quality trades. This is definitely one of the best.

Frank and his team interlocked our front walk 15 years ago and we recently had them back to do an extension and some repairs that were needed after years of frost heaving and snow removal breakage. I recently modified and downsized a garden retaining wall that was put up some 20 years ago by a contractor who is no longer in business. In the end, there were a few of the stacking stones that needed to be cut. Not having the required equipment and given the small nature of the job, I reluctantly approached FM Interlock and asked if they would be willing to help. Franco promptly replied to my request with a favourable “yes”; and then arranged for John (one of his crew members) to do the work. What gentlemen! Both individuals were friendly, respectful and professional. Most companies would not give you the time of day or claim it was too small a job, too much of a bother.

I was impressed with FM Interlock’s willingness to help and their commitment to treat even the smallest of client as a somebody, and with respect. I appreciate and applaud these individuals for their values and qualities. In the future if I have any interlock or foundation repair project I will definitely consider FM Interlock as the go-to resource. I will also highly recommend this company to family and friends.
