Bad services at Zara MBS. I just want to credit points for purchase & had to join in to re-queue. I am ok with that but the staff Qinjing who told me to requeue just walk away when i am last in the queue & leave to next counter to do it wherw she can actually quickly add in the credit points for me
a nice zara outlet that has a large variety, slightly larger than that of other outlets! they have separate sections for children and women as well. there were many staff members who can assist you at any time as well. this is definitely a good zara outlet!
A little bit crowded, lots of tourists
Mothers with strollers or people with wheelchairs are not a priority to use the only fitting room made for them as the staff let ANYBODY use it while plenty of other changerooms are available!

The service here doesn't even worth a star. Rude cashier, BAD attitude. The blonde with bob haircut has serious condescending unpleasant attitude. Kindly consider to change or retrain your staff for the sake of your store image.
Spacious and huge, this Zara store has occupied multiple units for guys, ladies, and even kids. It's quite an impressive shopping experience. Especially loved the shelves that are spaced away from one another, which gives the entire browsing experience a luxurious vibes.
This Zara outlet is BIG, especially for ladies. Offers good range of clothes for everyone. They have two stores opposite to each other, one dedicated for women(bigger one) & other one for men. Best time to visit now, as they have good Christmas promotions.
