I’ve been with Dr.Bassel Darwish since 2005 and he’s one of the best doctors i met.

Dr Bassel Darwish is a very experienced professional doctor. I have been dealing with him for years, and I am very happy with the way he treats his patients. I am very satisfied with the way my treatment is going on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Darwish since 2010. The first time I visited him I cannot walk and sleep well, because of my gout. After continuous medication and follow up, he was able to control my gout. I never had any attack since 2014.. He is strict but very understanding. I always refer him to my friends and colleagues because I know that he can help them achieve freedom from gout. The nurses are very helpful and accommodating, they always goes out of their way to help me.

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight that I’ve been to several clinics and hospitals that failed to provide an accurate diagnosis for my case. Thankfully, I met Dr. Bassil from Health Call Clinic which was able to identify my my case and provide the right treatment.

Dr Bassel Darwish and the staffs are very professional, concern, friendly and caring. Not only that they support the patient but the family as well and very collaborative. Dr. Darwish show deep concern about the welfare of patient including their family and make them feel comfortable. They’re not difficult to deal with and responsive in various communications. In times of emergency and critical situations, Dr. Darwish responded quickly and available in WhatsApp even outside of clinic hours. Prescriptions and reports can be sent by email, no need to come back just to get them. They are also considerate, even though they have strict timing policies, Dr. Darwish still can understand extreme circumstances. Also the clinic has a calming atmosphere.

Dr. Dariwsh has looked after me for about 5 years now, from when I was really in the grip of illness to now when I am feeling more stable/better. He has always been kind, humorous, prompt and available--even at a distance--through COVID and after. I am extremely grateful for his care.
