Love this Panera!! Excellent service and people! A kitchen sink cookie and an ice cold tea make a good snack!! Being in the sip club really makes a difference and saves you money too!
The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was great, but the Green Goddess Cobb Salads we had were terrible. I’ve been eating this salad for years, religiously, since it came out, so I know it’s one that I normally love. The mixed greens in the salad tasted the way rancid urine smells. We left and went elsewhere for dinner.
I had to drop my cat off at the vet on this side of town and decided to go to Panera Bread for breakfast. While the new lunch/dinner menu takes some getting used to, the breakfast menu is still delicious! I went back twice! Dinah helped me the first time and she was a joy! Kenny helped me the second and we discussed the merits of the bagels. Both were so friendly!
Everytime our office orders from here something is always missing. Never fails. I hesitated when my coworker asked me if I wanted something from Panera and..... Today it was my turn to not get my order again. All I wanted was one of those papaya green teas. Out of the entire order of food and another drink...mine was the only one missing. It's hard to say yes to somewhere you can't trust your order will arrive. Instead you get to watch the entire office enjoy their Panera treats with nothing.
I generally love Panera. But the last couple times I have gone, the soup was not hot enough this happened in several different locations. I had food safety in the military so now I have a hard time with cold food. I can only think about the germs that are still alive.

Great place to take your family. I have 4 kids ranging from 7months to 10yrs old and sometimes it can be difficult. The staff here took our order perfectly and friendly then helped us find a table large enough to fit us all and when food was ready they just came up and helped bring all of our food to our table then came to check on us multiple times and when we were finishing up they brought out some nice cookies for the kids after asking if it was okay free of charge. Even helped us clean up our table. I will definitely be going back. Wish I can write a 10 star review.
My sandwich bun was moldy! When 8 called to complain I was told I would get a refund then I was hung up on. I definitely expect better from a place like Panera especially when I spent over $40 for 2 sandwiches and soups.
