The receptionists are all really bad at their jobs. They are super unfriendly and in my case just straight up mean to you if you need anything. The hotel is big and does have an amazing view of the city from the rooftop. The WiFi is fast and the ac works well. The rooms have private bathrooms and they “clean” the rooms each day. I don’t know how with housekeeping cleaning everyday that they can have the walls of the room be so dirty. They are white walls, but have had people’s gross feet on them so much that all around the beds they are brown. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. I would still stay here again because of the location, fast WiFi, and city view. However, the mean receptionists and the general lack of ambition for their duties does make it a lot less welcoming than perhaps it should be.
