Order on prescription line go in and collect

This used to be a really good pharmacy, now it's absolutely shocking!! Nothing is ever ready on time even when it's ordered days ago! Ridiculous, I've since changed pharmacies to liquor pond street. Absolutely brilliant your barely in there minutes and everything is always on time!

The staff not bothered about the public not at all impressed I had thought they had got this chemist sorted out a few months ago it was brilliant but the last few times iv been it's appalling the service is so so bad

The phone line is always busy, when my husband gets my prescription they always forget something and is normally my immunosuppressants, which if missed can be fatal, or its one of my pain meds, I've had to go a whole weekend without them because they forgot it and couldn't find it so had to wait until the Monday. I always try to ring first to make sure it is ready, but trying to get through us a nightmare the phone is constantly busy

I nipped in here with an emergency dental prescription on New year's eve as not many pharmacies were open. Living out of town I usually go to Swineshead. When my repeat prescription became due, I ordered this by phone at Swineshead then went to collect a few days later. I was informed that they didn't have my prescription as I'd now signed up to Lloyd's in South Square!!! I had not, but Lloyd's signed me over without my permission. I then had to battle with Rush hour traffic and pay for a car parking space in the centre of town before they closed as I had run out of this medication. It's to control thyroids which takes days to recover from a missed dose. Be careful if you don't usually use this place as you may find the same problem with any repeat prescriptions! When I challenged them why they did this without my permission, they didn't really have an answer.
