Not the Cocoa Beach I remembered. It's no longer a flat walking beach. It was still lots of fun and gorgeous

Terrible app has been installed for parking. We're regular visitors to Florida and Cocoa Beach and have experienced several payment methods over the years with success,but this new one at Shepherds Park is awful!
App down loads everything works up until confirm payment. Says's try again as there's a connection issue'. Several people,mostly tourists, were experiencing the same problem. Many drove off in distress and upset,fearing a fine if they stayed too long. I found a friendly American who had successfully paid his parking by giving him the cash as he then paid it for me on the app.
On speaking to the parking inspector, they acknowledged tourists are struggling to use the app successfully ( British,Irish,Germans,French, Italians) to park to use and enjoy the beach. Several Americans are struggling with the app payment, too!
Please change the payment system....

Sieht exakt aus wie in Holland in Scheveningen😂 hab mich komplett ver*** gefühlt ... Naja gesehen gut... Würde ich jetzt aber niemanden empfehlen dort unbedingt hinzufahren
Beautiful beach within easy walking distance of the parking lot. Restrooms were clean and nearby. Limited number of covered picnic tables. Within walking distance of RonJon Surf Shop, Keylime Pie Company and 7-Eleven. Lifeguards on duty. Would be a great location to watch a rocket launch. Parking is $25 for the day and you have to pay through the app.
1st time here. We came after shopping at Ron Jon and had to get some pictures of the beach. We visited on a Friday afternoon in November, and the beach wasn’t busy at all. We were able to grab some sea shells easily while here. Definitely recommend. Great resting place if travel down Florida.
Twenty dollars to park for a full day? Fantastic! Clean restrooms, nice showers. They even have authentic hobos! The beach was beautiful. It's a nice area to visit for a day.
Great place to spend the day. The park has restrooms and picnic área. You can also buy drinks and snacks.
The beach is lovely but there are strong rip currents, watch out for kids alone as it might be dangerous.
